Terms & Conditions

  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event. We reserve the right to ask for ID should we suspect a guest is under the age of 18.
  • Due to Health & Safety concerns and Insurance Limitations, If you believe you  are or may be pregnant, you are advised not to attend our events.
  • Participation whilst under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs is strictly prohibited. Is a guest is suspected of being under the influence, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately.  Please note, that no refunds will be issued to any guest under these circumstances.
  • Possession of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited at events. If a guest is suspected of being in possession of any illegal substances at an event, they will be asked to leave immediately.
  • We regularly investigate at outdoor / derelict locations and into the early hours of the morning when temperatures drop significantly. For your safety, we require all guests to wear appropriate footwear and dress according to the weather conditions

  • We like to encourage guests to use their own Paranormal Investigation Equipment as well as the equipment made available on the night and as such, you are welcome to bring and use your own equipment at any event.

  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage or theft of personal property or vehicles whilst attending our events.
  • We reserve the right to remove any individual who disrupts our events.
  • In the event that a venue cancels our event, we will offer either an alternative date or issue a credit note. We will not issue refunds, unless in exceptional circumstances.
  • Whilst we cannot guarantee paranormal activity on any given nights, we will position you in locations with known and previously confirmed paranormal activity in order to maximise the likelihood of an experience.
  • We will provide at least 2 trained first aiders at all of our events. However, please ensure you let us know in advance of any medical conditions that we need to be aware of or that may require additional attention.
  • Guests are expected to respect the opinions of our team, the venue staff and other guests regarding paranormal experiences or activities.
  • Please be mindful of the local area and ensure you leave the venue as quietly as possible.
  • Attendance at our events is at your own risk. We accept no liability for personal injuries or accidents that may occur whilst at an event. Participation is recommended only if you are in good health and not of a nervous disposition.
  • We do not issue tickets to our events. Instead you will receive an email booking confirmation which will act as your proof of booking when attending an event.
  • Booking Cancellations must be made at least 7 full days prior to the event for a refund to be issued. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to an event will be honoured, however you will not receive a refund.
  • Any deposits paid for events are non-refundable.
